High Performance Glass Flakes with Competitive Cost
Engineering Superiority: The Tortuous Path
Unlike traditional spherical or irregular fillers, our precision-cut flakes orient parallel to the substrate. This creates a dense barrier of overlapping plates, forcing moisture and ions to travel a tortuous path up to 10× longer than the coating thickness.
Dramatic reduction in water vapor transmission (MVT) through coating matrix.
Minimizes shrinkage stress during curing and thermal cycling.
Inert C-Glass provides a robust shield against aggressive acids and alkalis.

FAQ
The letters indicate surface treatment: 'N' means non-surface treatment, and 'E' means surface-treated by silane coupling agents for better compatibility with epoxy resin. We recommend C-90E for roller or trowel applications.
Typical MOQ is 1,000 KGS (1 ton). Products are supplied in moisture-proof paper bags of 20 or 25 KGS net weight, palletized in boxes (~1.24 × 1.13 × 1.35 m) wrapped in polythene.
We offer FOB (e.g., Tianjin), CIF (e.g., Rotterdam or PUSAN), and DAP. Pricing varies by volume, grade, and market conditions. Contact our team for a formal quotation.
